Say It!

Say it! Say what? “You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God’s favor] shall shine upon your ways.” Job 22:28.

That is right! Well, I know it might seem far-fetched from you. But it should not be. IF you are in Christ and you have poured yourself over many words that Jesus spoke about the authority that He gave us before He went back to sit at the right Hand of the Father, THEN you should realize that you shall have whatsoever you say!

Let me remind you of what He said in Mark 11:23, “Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! AND does not doubt at all in his heart BUT believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him.“

Very simple? Or rather – easier said than done! Yes, that is what it is. You better say it because it is easier for you to say it than trying to figure out how to do it. Say it and do not doubt in your heart.

We are so confined to this earthly realm that we loose sight of who we are. Well, this refers to those that have repented of their sins and accepted Jesus into their lives as Lord and Saviour. We are created in the image and likeness of God the Father, Jesus Our Lord and the Holy Spirit. Gen 1:26. He spoke everything into being. By the word of His power, He created all things through His Son Jesus. Heb 1:3. And if you are born again (which you should be) then you should know you are joint heir with Jesus.

Read it in Romans 8:17: “And if we are [His] children, then we are [His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His inheritance with Him]; only we must share His suffering if we are to share His glory.”

If you read that and you don’t feel like shouting or punching a hole into the wall (I’m kidding), I’m not sure you are seeing what many have seen in that Romans 8:17. Go back and read it. It says: YOU ARE HEIRS OF GOD! YOU ARE FELLOW HEIRS WITH JESUS CHRIST!! As He is so are we in this world. 1 John 4:17.

You know what? We have to get to that state that we constantly and subconsciously move in the power of the world to come. Walking with humility, yet with so many resources of heaven at our disposal. All things are yours, brethren! All that belongs to the Father in heaven and earth are ours.

Get it! I must let that consciousness dwell in me everyday. I am no longer of this world though I’m in this world. My Lord wielded so much authority on the earth by the power of the Holy Ghost. So am I. So are you!

The Lord Jesus said to you and I, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given unto Me.” Matthew 28:18. He didn’t stop there. He went further in Luke 10:19 to say, “Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.”

Have you ever read that in your Bible? Or you are so used to it as just a nursery rhyme! Common!!! See, you need to sit down quietly before the Lord. Shut yourself in and open to those scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to illuminate the meaning in your spirit. Don’t get up from there until light in that scripture penetrates your spirit and your mind! You need to get that into you. You have been running from what should be running from you!

Pause right there and look at that circumstances and yell at it in the name of Jesus to depart from you! “Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” 1 Peter 5:8. Stand against him. Exercise the authority in the name of Jesus on him. Decree the word of God concerning that situation. Or you think the word cannot move a fly? If you don’t believe yourself, you should at least believe the One who said in John 1413, “…whatsoever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” He says whatsoever you ask in His name Jesus, He will do it! So ask.

Say it! Like a child without doubting. Don’t keep quiet. Turn the word of God loose on that situation. There is power in His word.

Don’t be a doubter! You think Jesus was boasting? Or you think He was just blabbing? Wait! Do you think Bible is your CRK textbook that you read to pass your exam in school? Come of it! This is the real deal! Forget what your CRK teacher told you would be the areas of concentration for exam. You are in the arena of life now. The Word of God is real and alive! Dive into it and bring out what will profit you. Study! Study!! Spend time reading all that Jesus had accomplished for you and I. Spend time reading about it in the New Testament – there you will find them explicitly broken down.

The Lord Jesus said whatsoever you ask in His name, HE WILL DO IT! His doing it has nothing to do with you. It is His promissory note and He is eternally bound to do it as long as this earth still exists.

I need not tell you that I have seen it in many ways. See, inside that plane – 36,000 feet above sea level – you can command the turbulence to stop. Whose report will you believe? The captain or the word of God. Let all seat belt signs be switched on, but you mutter out – I am a Son of God, as Christ is so am I. I’m in Him and He is in me. You turbulence I command you in the name of Jesus to cease. I command peace on our path in these clouds in Jesus name! Don’t doubt in your heart. Don’t be wondering if it will stop or not. It will!

The weather report and even people said it would rain non-stop for a particular week. You can look out of your window and say, I’m going out today and I want sun to come out. Oh you rain, I command you to cease and let sun shine forth in the name of Jesus! Even as at 4:30pm, the weather forecast was still showing rain falling with low temperature, but in reality the sun was shining so bright with good heat.

Let me end with Mark 11:24 where Jesus said, “What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.”

It is time for you to confront those bad situations and speak the word of God on them. And you shall see the manifestation of God’s power in your life. Amen!
