The natural realm is a burden. Yes, it is!
Burden to the spirit realm.
Burden to the life of God in us.
“While we live in these earthly bodies, we groan and sigh, but it’s not that we want to die and get rid of these bodies that clothe us. Rather, we want to put on our new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life.” 2 Corinthians 5:4 NIV

For our physical body constantly struggles with our spirit and the Spirit of God.
The spirit desires the things of God. But the body (the sense organs) desires natural things.
God is spirit. He operates on His own spiritual frequency – great lights. He won’t come and live in the natural realm.
He made first man and woman a spirit with a soul, living in a body – a glorified body that can withstand the glorious presence of the Most High God. No iniquity in man at creation. He could dwell in the presence of the Father of lights in whom there are no variables nor shadow of turning. James 1:17
Man was holy like God. Everything the Father was, first man and woman were.
But man’s original glorified body was changed to a corruptible body after Adam’s sin.
Man’s physical body became a burden to the spiritual realm.
Man’s body cannot stand the spirit realm. He cannot stand the glorious lights emanating from the Father of lights. It’s corruptible.
“But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.”
Ephesians 2:5
The spirit in you was revived to be alive unto God through the born again experience. That is if you have declared that Jesus is Lord. Your spirit was revived so that you can connect back to God in fellowship. I dare to say- in worship!
But the chunk part of you is still this body of flesh. Body of senses. Huge and intimidating! Your senses luring you to pay more attention to what you see and feel – that’s sense realm. To make you wise in the natural ways but foolish to the things of God. Your soul draws you away from God. I mean your intellect, your will, your natural desire and senses. They draw you farther and farther away from the life of the spirit. Away from the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
You prefer to be a natural man and not a spirit. A sense man and not a spiritual man. A smart man and not a spirit man.
The spirit in you is crying daily, but gently desiring to fellowship with the Holy Spirit – to avail himself of the grace of our Lord Jesus, the love of God and the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 13:14).
But you won’t! Or you are so oblivious of this many times!
You are saved so that you can please the Lord. To walk worthy of the calling in which He has called you.

To walk in them even as the senses bombard and and try to cloud your vision. Will you?
This body will want to limit you from doing the things of God freely. Your senses will get stronger and lead you if you don’t allow your spirit to fellowship with the Spirit of God.
You have even devised formulas for reaching God. You don’t allow Him to lead you into His presence. His Spirit is within you, I know. His presence is within you. No doubt!
But do you know that there’s a more real presence where the Father and the Son dwell right now. The Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, the innumerable company of angels, the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, where God the Father is the Judge of all, where the spirits of just men made perfect rest, even where our Lord Jesus sits as the Mediator of the new covenant. (Hebrews 12:22-27)
Do you know that?
Do you know that you can fellowship straight from that position? Your spirit with the help of the Holy Spirit can often find yourself in this holy of holies worshiping the Father? Interacting with the Son?
Leave the earthly realm alone. Put the senses where they belong. Mortify the flesh. Let the spirit rise within you and dominate your life. Not your senses!
Submit to the Spirit of God. Let Him lead you. For no man can please the Lord without faith that He is ever present to lead him/her: to guide you; to bring His promises to pass.
Why do you become so sense-full that you ignore the promptings of the Holy Spirit?
Turn at His rebuke and He will pour out His spirit on you; and make His words known to you. Proverbs 1:23.
Turn to the Living Spirit within you. Turn to Him for every decision of your life.
Turn to the spirit within you. Let Him have supremacy over your senses. He desires to lead you.
Come back to Him in fellowship. Forget the past. Let not the world pumps you up to think so highly of yourself. Humble yourself under the mighty hands of God that He may exalt you.

Let Him lead you.
Stop the formula. Let Him teach you. Go to Him empty of anything you know, let Him put new words and wisdom in you.
Spend time with Him. You are too busy for Him. Create time for Him. Spend time praying in the Holy Ghost so that He can refresh you. So that He can lead you.

Never, never forget that grace of our Lord Jesus, the love of God and the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit are with you (2 Corinthians 13:14).
Oh come back to Him! You have depended too much on your natural senses.
This body of flesh has weighed you down from seeing and pursuing the things of God. Let your work be acceptable unto Him. This body will hinder you unless you mortify it.
Come unto Him and He will give you rest.
Amen and amen!
Most of the time as Christians we spend more time trying to please our flesh than working in the spirit and following God because we are to caught up in other activities. We need to give time in speaking in tongues in order for us to grow our spiritual life in Christ. Amen
